A house in the Cerdanya mountains

The latest project by Alto Interiorismo, in collaboration with QS Integral Construction, consists of designing the interiors of a mountain house in Llívia, in the Cerdanya region. With its unmistakable warm contemporary style, the studio has turned every corner of the house into a refuge for surrendering oneself to a slower pace of life, where time is marked by the changing natural countryside and its palette of colours. The style and natural fibers of Let’s Pause take on new nuances in this home, creating unique spaces with a subtle elegance, perfectly connected to nature. The featured materials are deeply rooted in the earth – timber, stone, iron, linen, cotton – and the choices reflect the work of local artisans and their handmade objects.
