CAN I RECEIVE THE IMAGES of the let’s pause designs?

We will be very happy to share with you the lifestyle and cut out images of all the Let’s Pause designs. Please, send us an email to letspause@smartdeco.es and we will provide you with the images and information that you might need.

CAN I SET UP A personal ACCOUNT ON letspause.es?

To shop at Let’s Pause you are not obliged to register. Our online shop will remember your contact details, which makes the order process fast and easy. You also have the possibility to select your favourite products clicking on the small heart. However, we invite you to register and create your personal profile, where you will be able to see your favourite products, the information related to your orders and much more. Both private customers, interior design professionals and shops can set up an account at letspause.es. Click here to register and enter your private area.

HOW DO I SHOP AS A RETAILER?

When you create a private account on letspause.es you can select the option “retailer account”, which will be verified and approved by Let’s Pause.

HOW DO I SHOP AS AN INTERIOR DESIGNER?

When you create a private account on letspause.es you can select the option “interior designer”, which will be verified and approved by Let’s Pause.

WHAT IF I FORGOT MY USERNAME?

Your username is the email address which you used to create your account.

WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

If you cannot remember your password please click on “I forgot my password” and you will receive an email with information about how to reset your password.

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE DETAILS OF MY ACCOUNT

You can change your details (email, password, address, name…) when you are logged into your user account on Let’s Pause. At the top of the page, you find the icon of a little person. Please click on it to edit your profile.

WILL THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE LOOK EXACTLY AS IN THE PICTURES?

Let’s Pause products are handmade from natural materials by our skilled artisans and they are unique pieces. For this reason, our items show small irregularities due to the artisanal process and two pieces of the same product might vary slightly from one another. We try to provide several pictures and details of each product, so that you can get an idea of ​​what the differences may be.

The wooden products are made of hand-cut wood and the furniture may have small irregularities such as knots and different thicknesses of the legs of stools and tables.

Esparto products are woven by hand, so the pieces may have slight differences between them.

The lampshades are also handwoven and the measurements indicated may vary slightly.

ARE CUSTOM ORDERS ACCEPTED?

Yes, we accept custom orders. Please send us an email with your order to pedidos@letspause.es and we will quote the item again and give you an estimate of delivery time. We would love to receive your ideas.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

Yes, but better send us an email to info@letspause.es to check if we already work with a distributor in your area.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE LET’S PAUSE FURNITURE OUTDOORS?

At Let’s Pause we use natural materials (wood, woven esparto grass, woven reeds) and we do not apply any protective product for water or humidity. We only recommend outdoor use if the items are removed in case of rain or the use of sprinklers so that they do not get wet. If you store them indoors in winter, do not put a cover on them, this way the furniture will be able to ventilate better and it will not be affected by humidity. In the case of a house near the sea, we recommend applying some anti-humidity treatment so that they do not spoil in the winter months. In case the furniture gets wet, it is necessary to dry the product well in the sun, so that black stains do not come out with moisture.

DOES THE COLOR OF THE PIECES CHANGE OVER TIME?

Yes, as we use natural materials, color change is inevitable. In the case of esparto grass products, you will receive them in a green-yellow tone and little by little they will lose their green tone. Wood and cane products can darken slightly. If the products are heavily exposed to the sun, the color change process will be accelerated.
