Bozzolo
Bozzolo, the handwoven pendant light by Let’s Pause, is a sculptural lighting piece crafted from natural off-white fique fibre. Inspired by the delicate nests built by birds and insects, its organic silhouette brings warmth, texture and a sense of natural beauty to contemporary interiors.
Handcrafted by artisan Albeiro Camargo using the ancestral Guane weaving technique, Bozzolo celebrates the skill and precision of traditional craftsmanship. Its delicate structure features two handmade crochet ties that secure the electrical cable and keep the light source perfectly centred within the woven shade.
A round electrical cable covered in white cotton, a discreet gold-coloured lamp holder and a black metal ceiling rose complete the design, balancing natural materials with elegant contemporary details.
Available in 15 × 34 cm, Bozzolo is ideal for bedrooms, entrance halls, intimate corners and distinctive interior design projects. Its proportions make it suitable for individual installations or creative arrangements of several pendant lamps suspended at different heights.
For a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we recommend an E27 LED bulb with a colour temperature of 2700 K.

Description
Bozzolo is a handwoven pendant light by Let’s Pause that transforms natural plant fibres into a delicate piece of contemporary lighting design. Inspired by the intricate nests built by birds and insects, its organic silhouette celebrates the beauty of simple forms, traditional craftsmanship and the remarkable structures found in nature.
With its soft off-white colour and lightweight appearance, Bozzolo brings warmth, texture and elegance to interior spaces. Light filters gently through the natural weave, highlighting the delicate structure of the fibre and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This sculptural pendant lamp is ideal for bedrooms, entrance halls, intimate corners and thoughtfully designed hospitality interiors.
Materials
The defining material of Bozzolo is natural fique fibre (Furcraea andina), obtained from a resilient succulent plant that grows in large rosettes of elongated leaves, often ending in a sharp point. These leaves provide strong, flexible plant fibres with distinctive natural textures, making fique a remarkable material for handcrafted design.
Bozzolo is made from naturally off-white fique fibres obtained from leaves growing closer to the centre of the plant. Their delicate, pale colour enhances the lamp’s organic character and allows it to blend beautifully with a variety of contemporary interiors.
At Let’s Pause, we celebrate the transformation of natural materials through traditional craftsmanship. Explore our collection of natural fique design objects, where the beauty and versatility of this plant fibre are expressed through contemporary furniture, lighting and decorative accessories.
Subtle variations in texture and shape are a natural part of the handweaving process. Each Bozzolo lamp is therefore unique, reflecting the individuality of its materials and the care of the artisan who created it.
Artisanal Technique
The Bozzolo handwoven pendant light is crafted by artisan Albeiro Camargo, who works with natural fique fibres using ancestral weaving techniques learned from his masters. On a simple manual loom that he built himself, he carefully transforms the fibre into an elegant organic structure, knot by knot, following the traditional weaving methods of the Guane people.
The resulting shape evokes the delicate architecture of a natural nest. Its intricate woven surface reveals the precision of the handmade process while allowing light to pass softly through the fibres, casting gentle shadows and bringing warmth and character to the surrounding space.
Bozzolo features two handcrafted crochet ties designed to secure the electrical cable and keep the light source perfectly centred inside the woven shade. These carefully considered details combine functionality and aesthetics while preserving the harmonious proportions of the lamp.
The round electrical cable is covered in white cotton, complementing the natural colour of the fibre. A discreet gold-coloured lamp holder and a black metal ceiling rose complete the design, creating an elegant contrast between organic textures and contemporary lighting components.
Available in 15 × 34 cm, Bozzolo can be displayed individually or arranged in groups at different heights. Its sculptural form makes it especially suitable for bedside lighting, entrance halls, relaxing corners and distinctive residential or hospitality interiors.
Part of the natural lighting collection by Let’s Pause, Bozzolo shares its artisanal origins with Coccola, another creation by Albeiro Camargo. Discover the story behind these two designs in our article Coccola and Bozzolo: Sustainable Designer Lamps.
More than a decorative light, Bozzolo embodies the Wild Luxury philosophy of Let’s Pause: transforming natural materials into contemporary design objects while preserving the authenticity, beauty and human craftsmanship behind every piece.
Care and Cleaning
To maintain the natural beauty of Bozzolo, gently wipe the woven fique surface with a slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry completely. Always disconnect the lamp from the electrical supply before cleaning and avoid wetting the electrical components.
