UNA INNOVACIÓN SINGULAR

En Let’s Pause reutilizamos elementos que la naturaleza deja en desuso, dándole una vuelta de tuerca al concepto de la sostenibilidad. En este caso, utilizamos una hoja flexible y sorprendentemente translúcida que puede dar vida a formas exquisitas y delicadas, como la colección de lámparas COURO de Let’s Pause: esculturas de luz, que llenan de naturaleza y elegancia los espacios contemporáneos.

La reciente incorporación de nuevos modelos, nos invita a extender su toque mágico y lujosamente salvaje a las diferentes estancias.

 

 

NUESTRA PASIÓN POR EL “UPCICLYNG” NO DEJA DE EVOLUCIONAR

La colección Couro de Let’s Pause ha ido creciendo, sin prisa y sin pausa, siguiendo un ciclo creativo natural, al igual que las hojas de la palmera americana de la que está hecha: estas hojas nacen, crecen, se caen y son transformadas por las hábiles manos de nuestra diseñadora Ceci Ferrero.

La pantalla se crea con las propias hojas que se moldean con vapor y se unen cosiéndolas a mano para convertirse en lámparas de un tacto aterciopelado, suave y de extrema belleza.

El modelo Couro Pod es una pieza escultural, ideal para generar impacto en salones, comedores y otros espacios amplios, como “halls“ de hoteles o restaurantes.

COURO 8 LEAVES

El modelo Couro 8 Leaves es como una flor, cuyos pétalos están formados por 8 hojas de palmera. Podemos combinar varias de ellas, a varias alturas, generando una sensación visual y sensorial que nos traslada a un entorno misterioso y encantador. Este modelo es ideal para iluminar bajadas de escaleras o crear puntos de atención gracias a su presencia escultural.

 

 

COURO 1 LEAF

Una sola hoja es suficiente para dar vida a la elegante Couro 1 leaf. Este modelo es ideal para ubicarla en una esquina como lámpara colgante decorativa; también es posible disponer varias unidades en hilera, sobre un mostrador o una barra que iluminará con su luz es tenue y sutil.

COURO TABLE

El modelo Couro Table es muy versátil y permite crear un juego decorativo único: colocando varias lámparas a distintas alturas, ya sea en una mesita, en el suelo o en una estantería, se logra un encantador recorrido de luz que dará una atmósfera especial a la estancia. Con una pantalla más tupida mediante un forro interior de lino, la lámpara Couro Pendant ofrece un haz de luz dirigido. Es ideal para iluminar una mesa de comedor, un mostrador, el mueble del recibidor o las mesitas de noche en el dormitorio.

COURO WALL y COURO MAGNET

Los apliques Couro Wall y Couro Magnet son perfectos para crear un rincón de lectura o para colocarlos junto a la cama en el dormitorio, creando un ambiente íntimo y relajante.

Al dirigirlas hacia la pared, se logra una suave iluminación indirecta. También es posible orientarlas hacia un cuadro, una fotografía o una pequeña escultura, realzando la belleza del objeto iluminado y atrayendo la mirada de manera natural. En el caso de Couro Magnet, la presencia de un imán y de una pletina de hierro permiten colocar el aplique donde se desee.

A UNIQUE INNOVATION

At Let’s Pause we repurpose natural materials that go unused, giving a twist to the concept of sustainability. For this collection, we’ve sourced a flexible, surprisingly translucent leaf that can be used to create exquisite and delicate shapes, such as the Let’s Pause COURO collection of Lamps: sculptures of light that add a natural, elegant touch to any contemporary space.

OUR PASSION FOR UPCYCLING IS ALWAYS EVOLVING

The COURO colection by Let’s Pause has been steadily and organically growing, following a natural creative cycle, just like the leaves of the American oil palm tree from which it is made: leaves that bud, grow, fall off and are transformed by the skilful hands of our designer Ceci Ferrero. Ferrero uses the leaves to create the lampshade, steam-moulding and hand-sewing them together to craft lamps that have a velvety, soft and exquisitely gorgeous feel.

The Couro Wall and Couro Magnet wall lights are perfect for creating a reading nook or for using as a bedside lamp, providing a soothing and relaxing atmosphere.

Directed towards the wall, they provide soft indirect lighting; focus them on a painting, a photograph or a small sculpture to enhance the item’s beauty and naturally draw the eye. The magnet and an iron plate in the Couro Magnet makes it possible to the position the wall lamp wherever you want.

 

 

 

All products made with our couro plant-based leather can be returned to nature at the end of their life cycle, because we do not use any chemicals or artificial treatments to craft our products: our creations are the result of an unwavering commitment to the earth and the people who live on it.
