HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Nothing easier than selecting the desired item, choosing the color and size and adding it to your basket. When you finish your selection of products, enter your basket, check the items (quantities, colors, dimensions) and validate your order. Choose the payment method among the different options and make the payment of your order. Ready! You will shortly receive a purchase confirmation email and we will prepare your order with great care.

What payments METHODS do you accept?

All payments on the website are made through the electronic payment system of Stripe. You can use either a payment card or PayPal.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer that’s no problem at all. Please send us an e-mail with your request at pedidos@letspause.es

WHICH PAYMENT CARDS CAN I USE?

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You have the opportunity to change or cancel your order before you receive an email from Let’s Pause with the important shipment information related to your order. In case you want to change or cancel an order, please send an email pedidos@letspause.es, call us or send us a Whatsapp chat at +34 648 670 509 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm and from 4 to 6.30 pm

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS IF A PRODUCT IS NOT IN STOCK?

If the product you want is not in stock, you have the option to request a notification. You will receive an email from Let’s Pause when the product is back in stock. You are not obliged to buy a product, of which you have requested a notification for. 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH ONLINE SHOPPING?

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND collect my ORDER AT LET’S PAUSE warehouse?

Of course! You have the option to pick up your online order at our warehouse at:

You only need to select this option when completing your order. You will receive an email confirmation with information on pick up of your order shortly after. 

Can I place an order with a delivery address other than my home address?

Yes, once your basket has been validated, select the delivery method and the option “Choose another delivery address” will appear and you will only have to complete the necessary fields.

Can I make an order without VAT If I live outside the EU?

My promo code doesn’t work… what should I do?

ARE CUSTOM ORDERS ACCEPTED?

Yes, we will be very pleased to help you with your custom orders. Please send us an email with your order to pedidos@letspause.es and we will quote the item again and give you an estimate of delivery time. We would love to receive your ideas!
