HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCTS TO Let’s Pause?
At Let’s Pause we work so that you are fully satisfied with the products that you receive, If one or more articles are not to your satisfaction after receiving them, you hold the right to notify us within 14 business days and return them to us. The items must be shipped to us in their original packaging and undamaged. Sending the item back to us is at your own expense. We will refund the purchase price of the items within 30 days after receiving the returned goods. Purchase price means the purchase amount of the item minus the original shipping charges.
When you receive your Let’s Pause order, a return label has been included as well. Fill out the label and include it with the returned products. If the return label is missing when you receive the order please contact us by email at email@example.com. The return label is important as it will enable us to identify the specific order when it arrives at Let’s Pause. Products should be returned to us within 14 days from the receiving date.

HOW DO I RETURN LARGE SIZE PRODUCTS TO Let’s Pause?
In the event that you have to return bulky items to Let’s Pause, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +34 648 670 509 to organize a collection at the address where your product is located. A carrier from the companies that collaborate with Let’s Pause will pick up the package, in an easy and comfortable way. Sending the item back to us is at your own expense. From the receipt of the product, you have 14 working days to request its return.
We will refund the purchase price of the items within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. The purchase price means the purchase amount of the item less the original shipping costs
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ALL THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED?

WHAT DO I DO IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR IF I RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCT?
Our parcels are packed very carefully, so that they can get to you in the best conditions. If a product is damaged during transport or you receive a wrong product please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as possible and send us pictures of the damaged or wrong product in the email within 5 days from receiving it.

We will send you a return label so you can send us back the item free of charge. We replace the damaged item, or if you prefer, we proceed with a refund.
CAN I REGRET MY ONLINE PURCHASE?
You have the right to make a cancellation within 14 days when shopping online. The right to make a cancellation of the purchase ends on the 14th day from receiving the order. To use the right for cancellation please contact Let’s Pause. You can do this by sending an email to email@example.com with the order number as subject and headline or by calling Let’s Pause at: +34 648 670 509
CAN I RETURN AN OPENED PRODUCT?
The product must be in the same condition when returned to us as when received. If this is not the case only an amount of the product’s value will be refunded. Let’s Pause will set an amount for the products impairment and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account.
WHEN WILL THE MONEY BE RETURNED?
Up to 30 days after we have received returned items. It depends on what type of credit/debit card you have paid with. Usually for VISA, it is up to 7 working days, and for MASTER card it can be up to 30 days. All other card types are also subject to 30 days, depending on country of registry.
Once the return of your order arrives at our warehouse and the condition of the items is verified, we will proceed to make the refund.
The average term for a refund is 10 to 15 business days. The refund is made by the same means of payment used in the purchase. You will receive an email notification.
WHY IS THE SHIPPING PRICE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RETURNED AMOUNT OF MONEY?
Buyer pays for the shipping cost when returning products.
WHO PAYS FOR THE COST REGARDING DELIVERY OF REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS?
If a complaint is confirmed, Let’s Pause will pay the shipping cost for replacing the products. If the replacement product is not in stock, your money will be credited within 30 days. Please be aware of the risk of paying toll when receiving replacement products – Let’s Pause will not cover this expense.
