Amar el barro

La colección de jarrones de Let’s Pause es sorprendente por la variedad de formas, materiales y acabados.

Para pequeñas composiciones, los tres jarrones Aguaverde, en cristal reciclado. También de pequeño tamaño, destaca el modelo Ericius, un juego de dos piezas de barro para poner plantas o velas. Jerba es algo más grande y contundente; de barro y cocido en horno tradicional, es un jarrón alto, para vestir los espacios con ramas y grandes composiciones florales.

Por último, la colección de jarrones de nombres griegos –Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon– recupera las formas de objetos tradicionales antiguos; están hechos en barro y trabajados a mano.

El encanto del orden

De entre los objetos utilitarios que nos facilitan la vida, el cesto Nido es uno de ellos. Hecho en fibra de fique y disponible en dos medidas, puede funcionar como papelera para el escritorio o para el almacenaje de cosas varias.

Algo más campestre es Redondela, en esparto. Su capacidad permite almacenar un cubo de basura en su interior y también es una buena solución para residuos reciclables como el vidrio o el papel.

La cesta Tavira, trenzada a mano con la técnica del capacho, está pensada para un uso más decorativo: funciona como macetero y también puede servir para guardar leña, u otros objectos que nos rodean.

El colgador orgánico

La pasión de Let’s Pause por los materiales naturales se percibe en estos colgadores que son como pequeñas esculturas orgánicas. El modelo Gemma está hecho con semillas, una planta de origen tropical que recuerda al marfil animal por su color y su dureza; con sus formas redondeadas puede funcionar como colgador o pomo de puertas y armarios.

Meteora es una pieza de mayor tamaño, realizada a mano con fibras de la planta Adelfa, ideal para una entrada, dormitorio o baño por su elegancia y gran resistencia. Galho es literalmente una rama de madera recuperada del Amazonas. Sin barnices ni aderezos, las formas naturales de las ramas del árbol sirven aquí como perchero escultórico.

Una buena mesa

La mesa es un elemento clave en cualquier fiesta o celebración, así que no pueden faltar elementos, ni armonía, ni el juego de materiales que nos caracteriza.
Los vasos Acino están hechos con cristal reciclado de botellas de vino y soplados a mano, y gustan por su forma y colores acaramelados.
En madera de nogal, y a menudo trabajados a manos, encontramos los boles y cucharita Kas, para servir pequeños aderezos o especias. También el juego de cubiertos Marmaris, con dos unidades de cuchara, tenedor y cuchillo (no son aptos para el lavavajillas), y los platos Mayol. El frutero Nisi se convierte en el centro de la mesa, aportando color, calidez y sofisticación.

Para la cocina

Sugerimos las bandejas de madera de nogal Esquinzo, disponibles en diferentes medidas, ideales para servir bebidas, té o café o, incluso, para decorar paredes. Destaca también el juego de botes Romeo y Julieta, tanto para guardar utensilios como para decorar la mesa.

En clave decorativa

En la categoría de Especias Únicas de Let’s Pause encontraréis piezas únicas como Albeira, una hamaca de fibra vegetal tejida a mano por el artesano Albeiro Camargo. Una pequeña joya para ambientes espaciosos. Combinan a la perfección los cojines Nus, también de fique y realizados a mano con la técnica de dos agujas.

Para grandes ambientes, proponemos el toque cálido de la alfombra redondeada de palma Corinto que, por su acabado con asas, se puede usar para guardar y transportar troncos de leña.

Y para iluminar y ambientar las veladas aportando un toque elegante y un aroma relajante,, escoged el difusor de olor Kea, en latón dorado.

We love clay

The Let’s Pause collection of receptacles and vases is surprising in its diversity of shapes, materials and finishes.

There are three Agua Verde vases for creating small table top compositions, all in recycled glass. Ericius is a smaller format model that is perfect for holding plants or candles. While Jerba is larger in size and has a greater storage capacity; made from clay, baked in a traditional oven, this tall vase should be filled with tree branches and generous floral compositions.

Last but not least is the collection of vases with ancient Greek names, Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Epsilon that recall the traditional classic shapes of that era; made from clay that is worked by hand.

The beauty of orden

Included amongst the everyday objects that make clearing and tidying the house easier is Nido. Made from fique fibres and available in two different sizes, suitable as a waste paper basket for home office use or to store things.

Then there is Redondela, made with esparto. The perfect size for keeping household rubbish within or alternatively for use as a holder for recycling material.

The Tavira basket on the other hand is a woven basket, made using the capacho weave technique that is simply decorative: ideal for use as a planter, for holding fireside logs or anything else that needs tidying.

A natural hanger

Our passion at Let’s Pause for all things organic and natural is obvious with these hangars, tht resemble nothing more than little organic sculptures. The Gemma hangar is made with seeds, a tropical plant that actually looks like ivory due to its colour and hardness; making it suitable for use as a hangar or even a wardrobe door handle.

Meteora is a larger scale piece, made from fibres of the Oleander plant that works well in entrance halls, bedrooms and bathrooms thanks to its elegant lines and strength. Galho is literally a branch of wood sourced from the Amazon basin. Unvarnished with nothing added or subtracted; the natural shapes of organic wood serving as a sculptural hangar.

A well set table

The table is the key ingredient for any holiday celebration, combining different elements with matching pieces, and the mixing of materials that characterises us.
The Acino glasses are made from recycled wine bottles and are hand blown, their caramel tones and unusual shape make them a favourite Let’s Pause product.

Walnut timber is typically hand fashioned into bowls and serving spoons like Kas, for salad dressings and spices. Marmaris is a set of walnut cutlery that includes two spoons, a fork and a knife (not suitable for dishwashers), and of course the Mayol plates. The Nisi fruit bowl is an obvious centre piece for the festive table, lending colour, warmth and a sophisticated air.

For the kitchen

We are suggesting Esquinzo a walnut timber tray in different sizes for serving drinks, coffee or tea this Christmas, or alternatively hang it on the walls. The Romeo and Julieta receptacles will also add a decorative air, also useful as a practical holder for utensils.

Simply decorative

Under the Especies Únicas (Unique Species) category of Let’s Pause we present pieces like Albeira, a hammock made from natural vegetable fibres woven by hand by craftsman Albeiro Camargo. A veritable jewel that adds character to spacious settings. It combines the Nus cushions, also made from hand woven fique using the crochet technique.
Similarly for larger spaces we recommend adding a touch of warmth with the Corinto circular palm leaf rugs which double as a way of moving logs for the fire, thanks to the clever handle detail.
And for ambient lighting we have candles that add an elegant touch and a relaxing aroma, choose the sent you prefer and place it under Kea, the diffuser in an attractive gold coloured brass.
